How Does NatureLux® Work?
NatureLux® combines three elements into a scientifically founded spatial design system. First: original Gigapixel nature motifs from 100 megapixels – without AI upscaling, pixel-free even at 50 cm viewing distance. Second: LED backlighting with variable colour temperature (circadian light) – particularly valuable in 24/7 areas, regulating sleep-wake cycles and melatonin levels. Third: hygienic surfaces for clinical use, wipe-disinfectable and durable.

What is NatureLux® and how does it differ from normal wall images?
NatureLux® is a backlit LED panel system with Gigapixel nature motifs. It combines the proven healing effects of nature images with daylight-like illumination and circadian light. Normal wall images without backlighting do not achieve these physiological effects.
Why is Gigapixel resolution important for NatureLux®?
Patients view ceiling and wall images from very short distances – often 50 cm to 1 metre. The human eye resolves up to 94 ppi at this distance. Only Gigapixel resolution from 100 megapixels guarantees a pixel-free, immersively effective image at this proximity. Standard images would show visible pixels at this distance, diminishing the therapeutic effect.
Are NatureLux® panels hygienically suitable for clinics?
Yes. Surfaces are wipe-disinfectable and designed for use in clinical environments. LED lighting is low-maintenance and long-lasting.
